4. Subscription, Billing & Cancellation
4.1 Subscription
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Plans and pricing are listed on our website or communicated during onboarding.
4.2 Payments
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge subscription fees via your selected payment method.
4.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to the Service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim
You acknowledge that AI tools may generate automated content and you are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before use.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately. You may export your data prior to termination; we do not guarantee post-termination data access.
9. Data Protection & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, process, and store personal data in compliance with GDPR.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the courts of Denmark.
